Equipment

  • The sample cutter cuts out rapidly and accurately circular specimens of 100 sq. Cm
  • Which is exactly One-Hundredth of a square Meter, the result in grams, multiplied by 100, gives grams per square meter

Procedure

  • Only the material has to be gripped between the cutter base and the Rubber pad, and the top pressure knob has to be rotated gently in a clockwise direction for accurate cutting of material
  • The cut material can be weighed and multiplied by 100 to get GSM
